Constant feeling of needing to wee but dont. No uti
For the last 2 months i have a constant feeling of needing to pee but i dont have to. I have not got a uti and have had a cystostopy which came back fine. The feeling is centered around the end of my penis. It literally came on in the space of 5 minutes when i had no problems previously. The only thing i have found which temporarily gets rid of it is drinking large amounts of alcohol which is odd because that should make it worse. I can feel fine and then go for a wee and then straight away it is awful. I am only 21. PLease help
Have you tested for chalmydia me gonnorrhea? It is wise to have UTI and STDs looked into early on in such an investigation.

Yeah i have had these tests done. Sorry I should have said. I am starting to think that i have some kind of pelvic floor dysfunction? This is because this all started when i strained going to the toilet. Is this possible?
