Constant hunger and nausea

Over some time I have been constantly hungry with no relief from food. I am 21 years old and a healthy person (exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet, drink lots of fluids, etc.) Not only am I hungry during the day but I have been waking up in the middle of the night because I am so nauseous from hunger. This nausea goes away for about 10 minutes after I eat, then I am back to being hungry and nauseous again. I also have noticed I am dizzy and when I get severely nauseous (literally gagging, but nothing comes up) I start sweating and trembling.
For example of food consumption: I just ate three plates of pasta for dinner and there is no relief.
I have no idea what could be wrong with me...help.
