Constant pain on the inside of left arm

I am having constant pain in the inside of my left arm between the middle of my arm and the bend of my arm. It almost feels like a charlie horse except in my arm, not my leg and sometimes I can feel it in my elbow and other side of my arm. It doesn't hurt to the touch but does hurt to bend my arm because it presses on the area that it hurts. It is now 5:30am I noticed it at around 12am. Nothing looks unusal or any differet in comparison to my right arm. I am only 18, I've never experienced pain like this in my arm. It seemed to irritate the spot when I was typeing this...Is it something to do with the muscle? I was original worried thinking that it could possibly be a blod clot? But there is no redness, no hot spots.

Ok a little relief that it isn't a blood clot. It is a constint pain and I feel the pain no matter which position my arm is in. No, the pain isn't radiating down my elbow. I'm not in any sports, I'm out of high school.
