Constantly exhausted, terrible bone pain and my doctor doesn't know whats wrong

Hello, I am twenty years old and female.

Over the past few weeks I have been experiencing exhaustions (both physically and mentally) to the point where I can wake up in the morning after sleeping for eight hours and feel like I haven't slept at all. Usually about two hours after being awake I am so exhausted I feel as though I'm going to pass out. I have also been experiencing sharp pains all over my body. At first I thought it was my muscles but now I'm sure its my bones, and joints.

About ten days ago the pains started to get worse and so has the exhaustion, on Tuesday (28/02) I experienced pain down the right side of my body, where my hand felt like all the bones were having nails pushed into them, and my arm and leg felt as though they were made of concrete or sand (extremely heavy) later I was unable to move my right arm and struggled moving my leg. When I woke up on the Wednesday (01/03) I had all movement back, however, by mid day the same thing started happening in my left arm. Through the night the pain spread to my left rib cage and both my hips, yesterday I still couldn't move my left arm and the pain was still in my rip cage, and hips but now also in my tail bone and spine, I was also getting sharp pains on and off in my right knee and my right foot. (The toes felt the same as the hand as if nails were being pushed into them). I was sick last night (sweats, dizziness and nausea, also vomited twice) but I'm not sure if this is just exhaustion. Today I can move my left arm but cannot stretch it out or move it to the side, and I cannot lift it higher then my chest without pain. My tail bone, spine and hips are still hurting and my right foot is getting little shots of pain every now and than.

I have been the doctor and she has done a blood test but she cannot find anything wrong. She has no idea what could be causing this. If anyone knows anything or has experienced the same thing please let me know !

Thanks

I'm so sorry to hear that I also suffer of chronic pains and been having a worst pain on my left shoulder and left knee in the past week, by know I can even walk straight and or use my left arm, I'm 4 kids mother and 32 years old everyone say you are to young but now one feel our pain. She have to order mri and or trays and also send you to a specialist, a pain management Dr. Or reumathology. A general dr. Can't help you at all except prescribing you pain medications or so.
