Constantly hungry

I'm a male 6'2 around 280 and starting today I've been hungry all day long I ate some chips and as soon as I got done my stomach was growling I ate dinner and probably 15 minutes later my stomach was growling so I ate a plate of tater wedges and like before 10-15min later my stomach was growling again so I ate half a bag of Doritos and drank two glasses of water and before I even made it to my room my stomach was growling again I've never had a problem like this before or any kind of eating problem

The growling may be just your body processing the food and not actually hunger. I went through this for awhile, many people asked me if I was hungry! Because they could hear it! So embarrassing! I quit eating when it growled like that. And in a few months.it passed.

Maybe a gastric emptying test might reveal something?  If your stomach empties faster then it should that might cause you to be really hungry often.  There could be another reason.  If this continues maybe you should see a doctor.
