What you have is chronic fever with accompanying malaise. With your history, it would be wise to rule out STD. Get a complete panel done. Recurrent or chronic fever is also seen in tuberculosis, SLE and other auto immune disorders, UTI, drug fever, glandular fever, HIV, endocarditis, parasitic infestations, fungal infections, lymphomas and other cancers etc.
Hope this helps. I think you should discuss these possibilities with your doctor. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
