Could there be an issue with my sinus surgery?

I had sinus surgery and a tonsillectomy in June. My ENT specialist said that I have healed well. I had dealt with a persistent cough since the surgery, which I was told would clear up as my drainage lessened. I have also been dealing with chronic fatigue. During what was supposed to have been my last post-op follow-up apt. The dr told me that he noticed polyps reforming and suspected that I have allergies. I was tested for allergies via skin test and ended up being allergic to almost everything during the skin test. I am 3 weeks into starting allergy shots. I'm not noticing huge differences with the shots. It is now 4 months since my surgeries and I have started back up with headaches, a sore throat, and low-grade fever. I'm still blowing thumb-sized chunks of dried snot out of my nose daily. Is this normal? I'm starting to think that there might be an issue with my sinus surgery. Could there be an issue with my sinus surgery? Do I just need to give the allergy shots more time to "work"?
