Cramping in mid abdomen, extreme exhaustion, epigastric regional cramps.

Since I was 18 years old I've had this same issue and I'm now 21. I have this intense fatigue all of the time along with a shortness of breath, my lungs never fill correctly it feels like. Along with a heaviness in the epigastric region. Right where my stomach is. Ive gone to the doctors over 100 times and have never gotten an answer. They've done blood tests and never told me i had cancer. Tested my liver, kidneys, lungs, heart, and etc with blood tests and those came back normal.  No ovarian cysts and no bladder cysts or stones. No diabetes. No anemia. No thyroid issue. Got tested for hep c today awaiting those results. Yet no doctor ever has an answer for me they just say I have anxiety and to come back. Ive desperately been trying to seek help since I was 18 and it feels like I'm nearing my final days. I havent been to work in 3 weeks I cant even move around really without being completely depleted of energy ive gotten way paler than usual and I can never get a full breath of air. Trying to explain this to my fiance is frustrating because she doesn't really understand how physically debilitating my exhaustion is. I need help so bad. I want to know what's wrong with me because no doctor seems to know. I was told by my fiances mom to get a rheumatologist so that might be my next step. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please.. i can't live like this anymore.. im 21 and I feel like I'm on my deathbed.

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Heavy fatigue and lethargy is difficult to deal with.  I'm sorry you are going through that.  While I'm sorry that you don't have a definitive answer, I am glad you've been working with doctors.  Is anxiety something that you are open to treating to see if this could get better?  Ultimately, that may help.  Fatigue that is chronic may indeed be linked to anxiety as well as there is something called stress fatigue.  https://www.anxietycentre.com/anxiety-symptoms/chronic-fatigue-anxiety.shtml  Treating for anxiety very well may improve your overall energy level.  Here's an article on fatigue as well https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/248002#types.  I feel like this may not be what you want to hear but the answer really may be to treat the anxiety.  You've ruled out other issues.  Chronic fatigue syndrome has been discussed as well?  https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/chronic-fatigue-syndrome/symptoms-causes/syc-20360490
