Crawling soaking feeling near shoulder blade and in left Posterior Deltoid muscle

I have GERD, Gastritis, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, IBS. Have lost 22kgs in 7 months. I am taking Fomatidine, Rifaximin (for last 8 days), Methylcobalamin 500mg (Only today), B Complex, Multi vitamin, Digestive Enzyme (last two days), Probiotic. I have this constant crawling and soaking feeling near both sides of shoulder blade for a long time, and after i started Rifaximin, in left Posterior Deltoid muscle. What could be the reason?
