Crazy Symptoms please help

Hello everyone, i cant even study talk or eat especially in school my head so heavy and my neck i feel like im gonna faint but i dont i become so weak when i go back to my room and lay down ifeel a little better i can eat normally before this i was having only neck pain because i look down alot while reading...and i was taking some stomach ppi medicines 2 months ago that made it worst but this week i ate some contaminated food i couldnt breath and i put my finger to vomit the food so today im having diarrhea every morning before i go study and when im in class sitting i start feeling  nausea dizzy faint stomach feels empty random pain in my body (even at home just become worst when im sitting trying to concentrate) ...i know thats why i said its crazy hope you can help or just tell me wich doctor i should see thank you very much.

   If you can't touch your chin to your chest it could be meningitis!  See a doctor ASAP

thank you very much for your answer im gonna try that , but as i said i had the neck and head dizziness and fainting problem before the poisoning this one just made it worst

    Sounds like a touch of food poisoning.  Try to eat a pickle - then get to the doctors office.  They will have to determine what kind of poison caused it to treat it.
     Sometimes vinegar will help - but if it's e Coli, you need to see a doctor ASAP
