Dizziness while sitting

For the past couple of days I have had these really bad dizzy spells while siting down. I'll feel slightly dizzy when walking, but it's worse when I sit down. As I'm typing I'm quite dizzy-like I have trouble keeping my head still, because it feels like I'm spinning. But it doesn't seem to affect me during physical exercise (I fence), which is the weird part. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah, I just looked into that, and I have noticed that my right ear is starting to hurt a bit, but there's no hearing loss or ringing.
