Dizzy - No answers?

On April 9th i was hit by a rush of dizziness.  I went home and slept, and since then its been getting progressively worse.  ITs sort of like having drunken eyes, a heaviness in my head.  I am having trouble remembering and an extremely hard time focusing. i mostly just stare at the wall or stare at my TV, which is unfortunate because I am generally a productive person.  its been almost 3 weeks and i am getting worse.

I went to a doctor who ran some blood tests, and though my cholesterol and Triglycerides were high, she said they did not have any reason to be making me dizzy.  I an negative for all STDs except oral herpes, i am negative for celiacs disease.  I had an MRI that showed my brain was fine. I had a cyst in my nasal passage but the doctors all say it cant be causing this and it should 'pop' on its own.  I went to an ENT, he looked in my ear for 3 seconds and said it looked fine so not an inner ear issue(?).  Iam on day 2 of trying claratin (Somehow allergies could be causing this?) but have not seen any improvement at all.  I am currently scheduled to see a neurologist on Thursday.

I was taking accutane for 2 months, but the dizziness started when i was on a 'break' from the accutane (had trouble getting my prescription renewed) and has continued to get worse despite being off accutane.

Anyone have any idea what might be happening to me?
