Do I need medical attention?

Before I start, I'd like to state that I am a 17 year old girl, I keep up on exercise and drink plenty of water and I have not had any past health issues. For the past few months, two at the least, I have been feeling very weak, tired, and dizzy. I have also lost weight and becoming extremely pale, almost abnormal. My family and friends have noticed my mood and behavior has changed and there are some that are concerned for my health. My hands are clammy and haven't stopped shaking for the past month. I went to the doctor before because I had what looked like tonsillitis, a month after I have had feelings of fatigue. My throat and tonsils are still swollen and I am just curious if feeling fatigue and issues with my throat and tonsils are related in any way. Last week, I had some weird, jelly-tube like substances in my vomit, maybe an inch to an inch and a half long. There were several different ones in my vomit and were all different sizes. There is a lot going on and I need to know exactly what is going on and if I need to be treated.

Have you had blood work to test your vitamins and minerals?

Vitamin D (OH 25 D3), RBC Magnesium, Vitamin B12, Iron, Ferritin?

Are your electrolytes balanced? Potassium and sodium.

If your periods are heavy your iron and or ferritin could be low.

Coconut water, orange juice, avocado, almonds, etc for potassium and Celtic salt for sodium. Drinking water without keeping electrolytes balanced will just cause them to be flushed out of your body.

Hello~

I would make and appointment to see a doctor. It sounds like a vitamin deficiency to me. Also, this could be due to anemia or even mono/chronic fatigue syndrome. I just don't know. Like I said, you need to see a doctor have a complete blood panel drawn, hopefully, then, they will be able to help you.

I hope you feel better soon.
God bless you.
