Facial tingling? Can a brain tumor be missed?

Since 2/2019 my face on the right side has been tingling on and off all day every day. My ears are full my eye hurts on and off. I’ve been getting weird headaches. My tongue and lips tingle as well and I get a bad taste in my mouth. Sometimes my right arm gets weak.

I got a CT scan and blood work and all came back fine.  Neurologist is having me take a vitamin b complex, magnesium and coq10, which I just started on.

MRI is next week.

I guess my question is how likely is it that my CT scan missed a brain tumor?

It would be very unusual for a CT scan to miss a brain tumor, so I hope that eases your mind a bit.

It is best to see what the MRI says before you start trying to figure if anything is misdiagnosed.
