Dont know whats wrong, fatigue

For over a year I have been gaving bouts if extreme fatigue. Consulted My GP, one blood test showed slight anemia. Still feeling bad though several more cbc’s have been normal. Then few months ago got bad case of bronchitis. Though im better cant shake the rest of nagging cough. My blood pressure went very high so back on blood pressure meds even though Ive lost 20 pounds. Dont know what else to do. Was concerned with a spongy mass in Right clavicular. My Doc sent for CT scan snd said it was just fatty tissue. Still fighting fatigue. It gets better at times bit never completely. I get occasional hot flashes and night sweats. I am 52 but long past menopause because been off estrogen for over a year and had a complete hysterectomy years ago. I hate to keep running to Dr to complain as he doesnt seem to knowvwhat to do. Just says if you dont feel better come see me again, but it seems he keeps looking for simple answers and when there is none just says Im fine and sends me on my way. But a person knows when they dont feel right. Do I just wait for more symptoms to pop up or go to another Dr or insist on some tests of some sort?

Yes, I understand how you feel, running to doctors all the time and not getting any definite answers.
It's like wasting your time and ...theirs.

I know of a Holistic Doctor in France who told me he had treated successfully thousands of patients, suffering from , Flu, Bronchitis, Colds and various other upper respiratory conditions.
He prescribed to all of them magnesium chloride in the form of Magnesium dichloride hexahydrate, to be taken
very slowly throughout the day in a 1oz/Lt  solution with
water (filtered or spring) and to repeat for 3-4 days.

One important note about Lab results.
The lab ref. ranges are based on statistical formulas, which means that patients in the lower or upper end of the range (depending the particular case) may be suffering
from symptoms, DESPITE the fact that their findings may be within the reference range!
When doctors are not vigilant and thorough, treating patients only according to lab results and ignoring symptoms and patient history, they may be putting the patient at an increased risk.
Anemia is not easy to correct and frequent testing is necessary to establish whether a treatment or diet has worked in the medium term.
Untreated or undertreated "functional" anemia (despite Labs) would also affect in time Thyroid function.
The immune system would be compromised as well, leaving one susceptible to a plethora of conditions and disease processes.

If I were you, I would get a comprehensive hormonal panel and if there are hormonal deficiencies, ask for bio-identical hormones. If these are available in cream form, they might work  better for you.

Best wishes,
Niko
