Erratic Fast Heart Beat and Extreme Shaking

Hello, I’m 22 Female around 250 pounds 5’8. I’ve been having chest pain for about 5-6 days now and have seen 3 doctors and has EKGs that were good, and the cardiac marker troponin blood work which was also good. However, last night when I settled into bed, I felt a shaky jittery feeling in my chest and I listed to my heart, and it was beating extremely fast and fluctuating in speeds every few beats. I was also shaking throughout my whole body uncontrollably for around 20 minutes straight. All of this was while laying in bed. My heart was beating as if I’d done strenuous exercise. I eventually stopped shaking, but it kept beating the same way all night long. I woke up several times to my heart still racing. I’ve never experienced that before and it’s really worrying me. I struggle with anxiety but I don’t want these symptoms to be written off as just anxiety or stress. I’ve dealt with panic attacks and anxiety for over a decade and I’ve never felt that way. I’ve never had chest pain from anxiety either. What could cause my heart to beat so fast while resting and to fluctuate speeds like that all night?? It’s very scary. Today I still have chest pain and still have a weird feeling in my chest. Thank you to anyone who replies. Please help.
