Extreme Dizziness and more

Hi my name is Jonie and for a while now I've been having these really bad moments where I stand up or simply lift my head up off of a table and I instantly get dizzy, my vision get's blurry, and I just fall. It's been happening for years now but its getting to the point where im scared to walk across the street by myself because im afraid of collapsing in the middle of the street. I also urinate more than normal along with mass dehydration and an up and down appetite; and when I am still for longer than a minute either my arms or my legs get completely numb and I have a shortness of breath. Now of course I exercise, I drink plenty of water, and I eat well and i'm only 17. I have anemia so I also had blood work done about 2 years ago when the problem really started to get noticeable but my results claimed nothing was wrong. So please help me or reassure me that everything's fine.

I agree with Serina.

While you're at the doctor check your blood pressure. Feeling dizzy when standing may indicate ORTHOSTATIC HYPOTENSION, which I suffered for a short while.

I would go to the doctor and have your thyroid tested, all your symptoms are how my Hypothyroidism started.
