My mother had severe social anxiety and severe major depressive disorder along with many other health problems. When she corrected her low stomach acid (which was preventing nutrients needed to make neurotransmitters such as serotonin) she finally started to improve.

Hi soorybrother.

Your foundation is very weak.
If you can find someone good in Charka Healing in Manhattan,
you can get your Root Chakra rebalanced, however, it will take time and effort from you.

As an adjunct therapy, I would suggest hypnotherapy to bring to the surface and clear any deep rooted issues from the past, possibly as far back as your childhood, which may have contributed to your agorophobia/inferiority complex/social anxiety issues.

Hope this helps.

You have social anxiety....I have the same thing I hate going out and being around people I don't know or crowds of people, don't feel like I have anything in common with people....go see a psychiatrist..I am on Effexor XR and Topomax seems to help a bit. At least I can deal a little better now.
Good luck I hope you find peace.
