Feeling Cold

I am constantly cold. I don't know why but I find that I'm often complaining of feeling cold when others around me are comfortable or even feeling hot. I'm often tired and find myself taking naps often. I'm not sure what's wrong with me but I'm tired of always feeling cold

Hi!

Sounds alot like hypothyroidism.  This can be checked by a blood test generally a TSH, but possibly even a T3 and T4.  Any doctor can order this for you.

Take Care!

Check with your physician... perhaps, it's a bad blood circulation... do you feel cold in your limbs, or all over? It could also be a thyroid problem... visit your doc and he will help you.

Good luck! :)
