I often feel very weak in my muscle and joint, fatigue and irregular soft bowels, I am 42 years old and just cut back from my vices (e.g. stopped drinking alcohol and smoking)
Hmm for now just eat healthier, and get more proteins but not like greasy meats. Try beans or for example I have protein shakes I have which is like a full meal and gives you energy.
It kind of sounds like you are experiencing some withdrawals likely from nicotine and alcohol. If you begin to shake a lot I would let your doctor know. Depending upon the amount of alcohol you were drinking you can sometimes experience DT's but I would think you would feel that by now.
