I have been having this pain traveling from one spot to the other, one day its my elbow the next it could be one of my finger my back my neck etc...I could go weeks with not even one single pain, but when they are back its a torture and anti infl;amatory hardly works. I tested negative for RA rheumatoid arthritis, and OA osteo arthritis.

any suggestion?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Arthritis or inflammation of joint that moves from joint to joint (migratory) can be due to Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, rheumatic fever, SLE, HIV, Lyme’s disease, sarcoidosis, Whipple’s disease, Henoch-Schnlein Purpura, bacterial endocarditis and gonoccoccal arthritis. Hashimotos thyroidits is another possibility. It can also be fibromyalgia and or chronic fatigue syndrome.
The best thing would be to consult a general practitioner or PCP and try and assess what is the cause of your problem. Then proper referral for concerned specialist can take things further and get you proper treatment. Take care!

Hmm...this is strange indeed.

It seems like I have experienced something similar at one time.  It was so long ago I'm trying to remember if I did anything for it.

Sometimes, different areas hurt because they have not been stretched enough.  You may want to invest in icy hot if the pains continue.  Heating pads also do wonders if you have the pains in your back.

Maybe doing some daily stretches in the morning may help some of the pains.  Especially if the stretches require you to tense your muscles and then relax them.

Of course I am not a doctor, but it never hurts to give something a try.

Let me know if any of this works for you :)
