Foggy Head

Lately I have had a cloudy conscious and can't always think straight, but I still can participate in classes and figure out answers but i have no idea where those answers come from. Physically I'm fine and i get usually 8 to 9 hours a night. It just feels like my head is always tired but physically im can function normally.

Thank you for your input. Im going to try a chiropractic appointment to see if that could possibly help. I live in heavy farmed area so it could possibly be a chemical related incident.

Would you describe it as "brain fog"?  There are a lot of things that can cause that...allergies, pollution, exposure to toxins or mold, systemic yeast infections or other fungal infections, certain bacterial infections (like Bartonella), Celiac Disease, and some chronic conditions, like Chronic Fatigue/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Fibromyalgia, and a variety of autoimmune disorders.

I have it as part of my Lyme Disease and Bartonella so I know how frustrating it is.  Of course infections and autoimmune disorders come with other symptoms, so if brain fog is your only symptom, you might try researching some nutritional or environmental possibilities.
