Gag reflex triggers

I've had a sensitive gag reflex for a few months now.
It often occurs during talking or singing or sometimes even just like that. As of now, i've got to know if it is going to be triggered; i mean i get that feeling that i might and it does often. At that moment when I open my mouth to speak, there it is, the reflex.
I also have a weird feeling of heaviness on my lower right abdomen; a feeling of dull pain. It seems to be connected to this gag reflex thing. This dull pain gets sharp if i'm bloated. I'm also easily constipated.

A bit of research online has led me to believe that my vagus nerve is irritated for some reason. This is also because my anxiety seems to be heightened for no apparent reason.

Doctors are welcome for diagnosis.

Thank you.
