General Health ( Drug side effects)
I have been taking Doxycycl for about 8 days now and I have pain in the lower back, urges to urinate more often, and pain in the lower part of my stomach.. It hurts to have intercourse as well. I was just wondering if this drug may have caused this. I am a 58 yr. old female.. Thank you

Yes it could and you might be having a yeast infection. All antibiotics can cause that, and this one can also cause stomach upset. Do try taking some pro biotics. It will help with the tummy stuff and contact your doc about the other pain.
