HELP! Nausea,headache and diareah

Yesterday morning I started getting a terrible headache throbbing in the top of my head. I ignored it and took some Advil. Over the day it worsened and by 8:00pm in the evening in was companioned by nausea. I went to bed hoping it would feel better but today is even worse. I have diareah, a awful headache and I feel like I'm going to puke just by moving around, but when I go to puke nothing comes out and it turns into a cough! What is going on with my body?? Someone please help me!!

Hello~

It sounds like you have the flu. I would see your doctor for some antibiotics.

Hope you feel better soon.

This time of year it's often sinus pressure.  Otherwise it could be migraine.  Magnesium citrate taken daily can eliminate migraines.  In my experience, migraines start in childhood or at puberty, so starting at 30 sounds odd to me. That's why allergies causing sinus pressure seems more likely. You could go to urgent care or a mini clinic for a blood pressure check.
