Have a lot of scary symptoms and after 6 months I still don't have a diagnosis
March 2017, globus sensation in the throat, ENT endoscopy check said it was reflux, Sept 2017 then gastritis, endoscopy came out negative for everything, I cured my gastritis with apple cider vinegar and probiotics. Then, touched a hard mass above my soft palate, ENT sa id it is a bone. December, went to the ER cause I was suffering from scrotal pain, chills, night sweats, blurry vision. CT scan showed sinusitis involving all sinuses. Augmenting was taking for up to 1 month. Symptoms improved, then in Feb 2018 mucus production came back and Moraxella Catarrhalis was isolated. TReated with Levofloxacin for 14 days. Symptoms improved. Globus sensation haven't change. Mucus secretion came back, this time with more blood. March 2018, MRI shows abnormal growth and mild sinusitis. I went to another ENT, head and neck surgeon, a biopsy was taken from the hard mass and other areas of the nasopharinx. All three biopsies came out as reactive lymphoid hyperplasia, and 2 anaerobic bacteria Veillonella sp and peptostreptococcus sp were detected in 2 of them. I have a rash not going away in my right armpit and a hard movable mass in the inner side of my left knee that is only palpable when I bend the joint. Itching in skin. Keep having night sweats specially in the back of my knee and neck. Please, help, what could it be? I have no diagnosis :( so scared

Hello~We are not trained doctors here, so, I can not really give any diagnosis. I can suggest, however, that you see your main GP, and force him to give you some answers. I would think with the information the doctors have, that they should certainly be able to tell you what they think and how to treat it.
