What is wrong with me?

I'm almost two years into my sexual exposure (March will make it 2 years). I had unprotected sex with a lady and few weeks later i experienced every typical ARS. Now, the symptoms I have are, mouth sores, swollen lymph nodes in the neck and behind the ear and head, constant fatigue, dizziness and blurry vision. I've stopped testing after my the girl(I had sex with) tested repeatedly one year into my exposure just to prove she didn't infect me with anything and it came out negative. I'm still skeptical about the results though (I'm from Africa, so I have this doubt about the window period and test kits).
Anybody with a case like this? What could be wrong?

You have been fully advised on this and our HIV forum that your tests are conclusive and symptoms and issues are not the result of HIV as you are negative.  As you are still focuasing on HIV and we've already answered that question, we are going to close this thread.

You don't have HIV.  Dwelling on HIV, and this sexual event, as the cause of your health problems is preventing you from seeking a proper diagnosis and treatment.  There are MANY possible causes of the symptoms you are experiencing, including bacterial or viral infection, or certain cancers, but you must see a doctor for proper testing and diagnosis.

The only cause that you can absolutely rule out is HIV.

I've tested for other bacterial and viral diseases. Viral infection is the main cause of mouth ulcers.
It's terrible living for the past two years this way.
Everything fits perfectly with HIV ARS, but some of my symptoms never left.
