Having very strange muscle symptoms for over a month now.

It's a long story so I'm going to start from the beginning.

Near the end of July I decided to work out with my friend for the first time in about 2 years. I worked out my arms and legs mostly and I went kind of hard for my first time. The next day I had really bad soreness in my biceps and day after I noticed my urine was brown. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis as my creatine kinase was around 6000. I was put on iv and got better within a week. Three weeks later, around August 23rd, I worked out again, this time going a bit slower. I worked out my chest. The next day i had soreness but not nearly as much as the previous time but I was urtinating 16-17 times a day. I went to my GP and he did a blood test and my ck was around 12000 so I went to the ER again the next day and they did another blood test in which my ck was 22000 but my urine was fine. I was put on iv again and got better within 8-9 days. I did another blood test and my ck was back to normal and nothing else was abnormal. This was around August 31st. For the next month i felt fine and did several blood tests in which everything came back normal. I've seen a muscle specialist who didn't find anything but referred my to a neurologist. The neurologist did some physical tests and another specialized blood test and again everything was fine. He then referred me to a neuromuscular specialist. I'm still waiting for this appointment. This was mid September. But on October 7th I woke up feeling very strange. My muscles felt tired, my throat felt like it was closing up, and I felt generally unwell. I went to a walk in clinic and they did some more physical tests and another blood test in which everything once again came back normal with exception of my red blood cells count level which was slightly high. Since then I've had a wide variety of symptoms including muscle twitching ask around my body, throat closing up like my tongue is clogging my throat, my abs would shake when getting up or bending over, my hands shake even when lifting light things but there perfectly fine when at rest. My vision has felt very strange no blurriness or narrowing of my vision but I find it difficult to focus on things especially when I switch my focus from one object to another. They're double for a second until I focus then it goes away. I'm also seeing more floaters than normal. Recently my GP referred me to a physiologist who did an emg of my left leg and everything was fine, he did many physical tests and found that my right upper back muscle was wasted. He told me he doesn't think I have a disease but I need exercise as I've been inactive since late August when I had the second incident of high ck so he told me to do physical therapy which I'm currently doing. The therapist also said that my spine is sightly curved from my bad posture(which I've had for a few years now). I'm currently doing physical therapy to strengthen my back muscle since the physiologist thinks this is causing all my problems on top of the stress and anxiety I've been feeling. I'm still not completely convinced that it's not muscular dystrophy or some other neurological condition. I've never had these symptoms and I've been active all throughout high school in 19 now just starting my second year at uni. This is the first time I've ever had these kind of symptoms. Currently I'm just doing exercise and therapy for the past week and I know it's early but so far i haven't seen much improvement besides the muscle twitching being less frequent. If anyone could me advice about what it could be our why I'm feeling these symptoms, It would be great.

This can occur with inborn errors of metabolism, causing the body to be unable to use certain fuel sources for energy. I'd lay off the intense exercise until it's resolved. Basically if you exert yourself, your body can't keep up with the energy demands because of a genetic defect. It can cause kidney failure and death in some cases. Many are treatable with dietary restriction and supplentation once the cause has been identified.
