Head to Toe Symptoms

Hello I have been suffering from various symptoms for some time and have not been able to make any kind of real progress. I guess I will start by mentioning the major symptoms I can think of.

1.) Multiple urinary related problems. I am suffering from penile discharge, pain in my prostate region, and feel like I cannot fully empty my bladder. I have been to several urologists and they seem to want to get me out of their office rather than help me. The last urologist literally prescribed me sedatives with no other treatment options and on my first visit. Also I have had several tests done including a cystoscopy, and the one where they check your bladder to see if you are emptying fully. Which I was.

2.) I wake up every single day with a severely dry mouth. I have tried just about everything and nothing seems to greatly help or relieve this. My tongue is literally pure white and it does not feel better until I have a drink of water and brush my teeth.

3.) Finally, I have some kind of cognitive symptoms that I can only refer to as brain fog. The only way to explain it is that I am under the influence of a drug (I am not taking anything whatsoever). It makes it difficult to concentrate or even carry on a conversation. It is really annoying.

Anyway I have been suffering from these symptoms for at least half a decade now and they did seem to come on at the same time. I was originally convinced they were connected. However, I am not sure what to believe anymore and my doctors are unable to help. My funds are limited and I am not sure what doctor I should see next to try and get answers. So next I will mention some events that might have triggered these events.

1.) I had a snow removal business and was using a snow blower. This was during a huge storm one year and I was using my hips/pelvis (ignorant I know) to help thrust the blower forward. One time I felt something pull/tear and it honestly hurt so bad it sent me to the ground. Anyway these symptoms began right after that so it is a definite culprit. Additionally, at times I can feel a vein/muscle that feels like it is throbbing in pain near the front of my pelvis, above my penis, and it goes back near my perineum. I have described this to two urologists now and they both said it does not make sense as there is nothing there that could cause this.

2.) I have no clue what is causing the dry mouth. We just confirmed having black mold in our basement which was a real culprit. We are in the process of cleaning it now. I have also been on vacation away from my home and my symptoms did not seem to lessen one bit.

3.) The brain fog could be multiple things or none of what I will mention. I have a pretty bad lower back. Also I took Minoxidil, Propecia, and Ketoconazole together to try to keep my hair. I have not taken any of these products for several years now. However, the brain fog seemed to develop while taking Minoxidil and perhaps Propecia. As time passes I hear more and more about the negative health effects of these drugs.

Basically I have no clue where to begin, I am frustrated both with my symptoms and doctors inability to help. I have considered things like STD's, Lyme Disease, Toxic Mold Poisoning and even tried to pursue these things. Any advice like maybe what doctor I could see would be great. I have been to a Infectious Disease Physician and Urologists with no luck. I have been thinking about seeing another Urologist just because the other ones honestly did not impress me.

You have likely been  exposed to mold spores, fungal fragments, and mycotoxins, which have been somewhat contained without expression, until the triggering event, setting off the  numerous symptoms you are posting.
The body has resilient mechanisms to keep us safe, however, a shock to the system (trigger) may act as a catalyst to completely alter  this within a second!
I'm not surprised at all, since I myself have been through something similar, albeit with very different circumstances.
My suggestion is to seek a reputable Functional Medicine or Holistic Doctor to sort all this out for you.
You probably need a good detox regimen, a strict anti-fungal/mycotoxin protocol,  treat  locations of your body where molds/fungal organisms and bacteria are colonizing, avoiding exposure and foods containing mycotoxins . This would be a good start.

Candida is very suspect, something very few doctors investigate.
Forget the fancy conventional tests, which reveal nothing or even worse "erroneous findings"
I spoke last year with a director of a medical school, who admitted that Candida was not a condition included to any significant extend  in medical school programs  :(   Seriously????

The symptoms you mention could all be connected to the aforementioned exposure.

Best wishes,
Niko

I would not go to a holistic doctor. They don't go to med school, and as an example of their practices, some of them have killed people prescribing things like horseradish, ginger and hot pepper for meningitis.
I have never seen a reputable study showing detox has any effect other than placebo.
No one can diagnose you from here, so "likely have been exposed to mold spores, fungal fragments, and mycotoxins" is a guess, not a likelihood.
Minoxidil and Propecia can cause dizziness so perhaps you are one of those people who are affected, in which case what you felt was brain fog may have been related to one or both of those meds.
Good luck with your search for better health.
