Headache pain down my nose.

I always get headaches, some times everyday or everyother day. I get the pain above my eyebrows, corner of my eyes and down my nose. its been going on throughout the whole year and most of the times it makes me feel physically sick. I always get suggested to see the doctor but i want to know if its worth it first?

You might have a chronic sinus infection.  But, first you might want to try some nasal spray with silver to see if it helps.  Elderberry is also great for sinuses.
Silver is a natural anti-biotic.  It may or may not work for you.  If it doesn't, you might want to see a doctor to determine if antibiotics will work for you.

Sounds like a sinus headache. Does it really start pounding if you bend over? Have you tried any otc sinus remedies?  I found that sudafed and a couple of tylenol does the trick.
