Heart/ chest pain

Hi I have been having chest pain for over a month. I have the pain every day  I noticed I have a lump on my chest and it's very sore when I press it. I have been to the doctors and hospital and had an ecg done that came back normal. It's more recently I have discovered this lump but the docs don't know it's there  what could this lump be? I know I need to go back to the doctors to get it checked but I'm just wondering if any body knows what it could be. The pain comes every day without me even touching the affected area  any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello~How are you feeling now, is the lump still there. If so, you may have some muscle spasm occurring in that area, this will make the chest hurt to the touch and even without touching. Does the lump feel like a "mass" is it moveable?

I would have it checked first by your MD and if he says there is nothing wrong then see a massage therapist. If it is a muscle spasm, then possibly the therapist would help, they would probably gently work on that area until the spasm releases.

I hope you feel better soon.
