Heart attack or stroke?

January 12th 107am. Everything changed and something happened (all at once) January 9th at approx 1210pm. Very confused at times. Date time day are hard to remember. Frequent sweats and cold chills. Dizzy off balance weak and tired. Tingling in right foot and leg at times. Numb hands mild chest pain and palpitations left lower leg swelling bad tinnitus and blurred vision. Everything I've been doing at work for months now looks new to me again. Weird urination urges and sudden urge to poop but little fecal matter. Mildly bloody bowels. Odd intense body aches and headaches that come and go within 1 minute or so. Lower jaw and upper neck tight on both sides. Oddly paranoid but not panic attack like (I know the difference) Something is just not right with me, I feel it. Major problem somewhere. All happening and progressing over a period of 3 days now.  Aspirin daily for her attck fear and 25 mg toprol for b.p. possible poisoning ???? Heart attack??? Stroke???? Fighting this every wake moment especially at work. Embarrassing to talk about. I hope this fades away. I have a terrible feeling and fear of the worst and of death. Something is wrong.

Not sure if this is helpful, but you might want to get blood work to test your ferritin, iron, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12.

If you think you are experiencing either a stroke and or a heart attack, you should go right to the ER.
