Trouble with headaches, nausea and no Doctor has helped. What do you think?

For the past three years I’ve been dealing with extreme nausea (I constantly feel that feeling right before you throw up), intense headaches (not migraines) that affect multiple parts of the head but mostly pressure and sharp pains around eyes, lightheadedness with no triggers that cause me to feel very disoriented, fatigue, no appetite. Exertion of any kind can make symptoms worse, I was very physically fit three years ago until I had to stop because I couldn’t run with dry heaving.

I’ve seen a lot of Doctors and had a lot of test but no one has come up with any answers. So far they’ve found benign cysts in my kidneys, GERD, anxiety/depression, and a Chiari 1 Malformation. Please if you have any ideas, I’m so tired of feeling sick everyday.
