Cold all the time

It can be 100 outside and Im freezing. What can cause this. Its been happening for almost a year.

I have had blood work and al of it says Im ok, normal everything.Im stumped?

Could be a number of things but most notably:  low thyroid function, anemia, low blood pressure (all of which can easily be checked at a regular dr.'s visit/check up).

try a rise of calories in your diet not much tho as your blood may need to be a bit thicker in order for your body to keep warm. its all about the blood as i jad the same problem and still do but my docs saod to have a rise of calories with the right diet to thicken my blood fpr my body to keep warm. hope this has helped x
