Please help

Have a bump left side rib cage seems to be right in between abdomen and rib I have pictures I’ll post been a bump here for about 3 months maybe longer gets worse with certain types of exercise I get light headed easier now and days too. The only way I could’ve injured myself is I’m pretty sure I was deadlifting and did to much weight and heard popping in my back since then it hasn’t been right... I’m pretty sure it’s not a hernia doctors have checked it out the please help...

Hello~You need to see a chiropractor, you more than likely have some misplaced vertebrae caused by the dead lifting, the fact that you said you heard popping in your back confirms my suspicion. He/she will take some x-rays, read them, and then discuss the findings with you, after a few treatments, you should feel a lot better.
