Help, I have head pressure, can't sleep, and dilated pupils, and fatigue

Hello,

About 2 months ago on July 8th, I started experiencing a fullness feeling in my head and my pupils became dilated, I have been experiencing these symptoms more or less consistently for the past 7 weeks.  I think I recall (but I am not sure) I heard a pop in my head while eating dinner that night and then the symptoms followed after that.  I have also had a lot of fatigue, changes in mood and started becoming depressed.  I am also feeling like my coordination isn't as good as well as my eyesight and general weakness in my body.

2 weeks ago I also started to have sleeping problems associated with pressure on my head while trying to lie it against a pillow.  I used to be able to sleep with an advil or two but that doesn't seem to be working anymore.
My Psychiatrist prescribed me Trazadone but I am hesitant to take it as he still doesn't know if there is an underlying physical cause or not yet.  Also just started taking Prozac 10mg again.

My PC thought it could be linked to the doxycycline (tetracycline) that I took in the beginning of May for Chlamydia.  He ordered an MRI without contrast and a visit to an ophthalmologist and a neurologist.  The ophthalmologist didn't find any problems with the eyes and the neuro said that the dilated pupils didn't really mean anything and that I did not have Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus which is what my doctor wanted him to rule out.  He told me I was having tension headaches which doesn't sound quite right as I never used to get them very much in the past.

The pressure seems to be worse when lying down and trying to go to sleep and the doctors probably suspect anxiety and stress is causing this but I have been on an antidepressant for about a week (I know it takes longer for ADs to fully work) but and I still am having these symptoms. I suspect that there is still an underlying psychical cause here.

Are there any items that could have been missed due to not using contrast on the MRI like intracranial hypertension or some sort of stroke or bleeding problem in the brain?  And at what point should I think of getting a Lumbar Puncture?  I also have Herpes so could this pressure possibly be caused by encephalitis?

Thank you for your help! I really want to get better so I can get back to work.  Not sleeping is really hard.
