Help me :)

Hi everyone so I'm 15 years old female and I've been off and on sick for the past month and halfish usually just symptoms of a common cold. I also get headaches all the time. So about 13 days ago I was out with friends and I got really bad pains on both sides of my stomach just above my belly button. I had my appendix removed about 3 years ago and there was more pain than then. So throughout the last 2 weeks I've had really bad headaches, nausea and vomiting and chills. I went to the doctor and he did a routine blood test and a urine test. Everything came back negative. So I went to emerg. And the doctor said I had a bladder infection so he gave me antibiotics. I have been taking them but I didn't get any better so went back to my family doctor and he told me that I did not have a bladder infection and that the doctor should not have given me the medication. So he took more blood to check my pancreas and my bilirubin and everything came back negative. So then I went for an ultrasound but my doctor told me everything was normal?  So I'm still unwell and my doctor is sending me to a pediatrition, but until then does anyone have any idea what might be wrong with me?

My eating habits are consistent I haven't noticed anything off about them and I don't have any other allergies, dairy has always been apart of my diet and I haven't had any problems with it in the past and my bowel movements are normal. The emerg. Nurse said she thought it sounded like my gallbladder but they never investigated into it unfortunately. I will be sure to ask my doctor about an allergy test. Thanks for sharing :)

Does the pains get worse after eating any specific foods? You might have a food sensitivity you don't know about. I know several people who get headaches from a food intolerance. Diary, gluten, dyes, eggs, fake sugars, caffeine, fruits, and nuts are all potential causes. This could be causing both your headaches (which you need to be sure to let the dr know about) and your stomach problems. You can ask for an allergy test to test against gluten and other food allergies. If there is no allergies you will have to make a food diary, to see what is causing it.

Also be sure to tell your dr. about the consistancy of your bowel movements if they're off. Excessive constipation can cause severe pain. Like wise fatty, high mucus, off color stools can mean something is up too. So if they haven't been looking normal be sure to tell your dr, because it could help with the diagnoses.

Another thought is your gallbladder. The gallbladder sits under the liver and helps with the digestion of fats. They should have ruled it out in the ultrasound, but it's possible a gallstone (a calcium formation in the bladder) is so small it's not seen (especially if your gb is swollen), just felt. The pain is in your right side, usually by/ under the ribs and can be so painful it's hard to breath. Also sometimes the pain shoots around the back side/ right underneath your sternum on your front. Usually my pains starts a couple hours after eating something too fatty for it. However somethings it's more sensitive to-red meats, eggs, dairy, nuts, spicy foods, high acidity, and fried foods. It can also cause really really bad poos after eating anything above. (like straight through your system kind) If this sounds like you, as the dr to give you it a second look. Again, it could be beneficial to see if there are any foods that cause this by using a food diary.
