Wow it sounds as though your poor body is having a tough time with everything. Listen at the end of the day I'm not doctor but I made a huge decision to do the work myself after I was diagnosed with Graves Disease.
I have suffered from so many things throughout my life and to be honest in my case I believe the majority of my issues could have a been avoided through a healthy diet and change of lifestyle.
I say empower yourself and get healthy! I quit smoking, I've been doing that for 15-years, I have also cut all junk out of my diet. I only eat fresh fruit and vegetables and prepare all my meals from scratch. I take a liguid mineral suppliment that I bought from an organic health food store online and I listen to a relaxing meditation cd half an hour every night before bed. Why, bc I used to be a high strung stress head and I know my body was just crying out for help.
The illness I have - Graves Disease is an auto-immune disease where my immune system is attacks my thyroid. I even had problems with my eyes as well. I figured I could let this illness knock me down or I could strengthen my immune system so it wouldn't turn on me like it has been doing. I'm not cured, but I feel great again for the first time in god knows how long? I truly believe that if you look after yourself it can make all the difference. Some of our symptoms are so hard to diagnose. I really believe that a lot of these will vanish for you if you choose a healthy lifestyle.
If you already have a healthy lifestyle and are still struggling for answers, all I can suggest is trying out different doctors. A new doctor diagnosed me after 5-years of nothing so it is worth trying trust me. Good luck with it all, let me know how you go?
Don't treat the symptoms, stregthen your body so it's not ill in the first place.
That's the best advice I can give.
thanks for the responses... i get very scared as a result of the way i have been feeling and fear the worst more then i should... i want you all to know that your responses really help settle me even if only for a short time... i have forgotten a few of the symptoms i meant to add... i have a red rash of red lumps under my skin on my left shoulder been there for 6 months ..doc thinks its ingrown hairs but its not...it hurts like raw nerves when i squeeze it.. but nothing comes out... i also have tennis elbow and have had a couple of episodes where i had chills violently and very stiff sore joints fever sweats and incredible fatigue for about 12 hours then wake in the morning like nothing happened... what ever i have i can tell if i am in the midst of an attack by my first few steps each day.. feels like my feet and ankles are broken...bad day if not not so bad... thanks again everyone....
Get your thyroid tested... Not all of the symptoms but a lot of them you mentioned sound like you either have: Hyperthyroidism or Hypothyroidism.
Have a read up on some of the symptoms and see if this sounds like you? I have Graves Disease which started out as a hyperthyroid.

you do have a nervous problem not nervousness but something actually wrong with the fibers of your nerves. this could be due to pressure on you nerves as that causes carpal tunnel, neuropathy and sciatic nerve pain. the numbness and pain in the upper chest and back thighs are directly linked to the sciatic nerve which is the main nerve in the body and so if this is affected so are your other nerves which leads to the burning tongue and lips also caused by damaged nerves. its not anxiety its physical damage to your nerves. you should also be tested for diabetes as it can cause the nervous problems and the problems with you eyes.
