Extreme weight loss, dizziness, and weakness on feet

I too have had extreme weight loss - 100 pounds over the last 22 months.  I started out at 285 in October, 2008.   I am 60 years old, female, and a breast cancer survivor (4 years).  I just completed a bone scan, a CT scan of chest/abdomen/pelvis, which showed nothing.  Also, a CT of the brain, which only found a brain was in there (sorry for the gallows humor!) and a sinus infection.  I have a pacemaker.  I quit smoking many years ago (more than 5 or 10.)

I'm also dizzy and weak on my feet, sometimes so the point where I fear showering without falling.  I live alone.

Any ideas?

Hi.
On reading your post, the first two things which came to mind straight away, was Thyroid, and Diabetes.
Have you had a Thyroid, and a diabetes, along with a full blood count done.

I hope this helps.
