Hunger pains that won't go away?

So, I have been having issues with hunger pains that stay around even after eating food. Right now I have them and they are so intense I could not concentrate at work. They have been going on and off for about two years. Unsure of what they could possibly be and was wondering if anyone maybe has experienced the same thing.

You have not offered much information which would lead to discovering the exact cause of these hunger pains...after eating!
Hunger pains are experienced either due to real hunger or
false hunger.
False hunger can be due to hypoglycemia, irritated stomach lining, consumption of diet foods and drinks
containing artificial sugars, consumption of junk food
with low nutritional value, dehydration etc. to name a few which may relate to your situation.

I used to occasionally get these long time ago, when I was consuming diet soda and some low nutrition snacks.
Since I optimized my nutritional intake and eliminated diet products and junk foods, I don't get hunger pains unless
...I'm truly hungry!

Best wishes,
Niko
