Hypothyroidism symptoms but normal tests?

I've been having many symptoms that have pointed to hypothyroidism for some time. If you look up the top 16 symptoms, I could easily check off 15 of them. Add in the memory loss, thinning eyebrows, tingling fingers, losing interest in daily interests, etc. The list seems endless. I do also have PCOS, so some symptoms can point to that as well, such as thinning hair (which I'm proud to say a biotin supplement has helped restore). Anyway, I recently had some tests done. Results were as follows...with normal range in parentheses.

TSH - 1.64 (.35-5)
T4 Free- 1.0 (.7-1.9)
TotalT3 - .96 (.58-1.59)
T3 Free - 2.75 (1.71-3.71)
AntiTPO - 1.8 (.0-5.6)

I also asked for the Thyroglobulin Antibodies and RT3 be run and NOT TotalT3. I will be running that by my doctor when he is back in the office. Frustrating.
So, any ideas? The results are in, but my doctor is not this week. Of course I will look for his call to see what he says, but until then I'm curious to see if anyone out there might have any experience or insight with thyroid symptoms and/or normal range test results.
