I definitely have some sort of infestation of some sort of bug/mite/flea

I have some sort of bodily bug infestation that I have been living w/for years now and I've tried everything.
I have gone to 3 different Dermatoligists, at least 5 other internal medince doctors, allergist, and therapist. I have spent a lot money seeing all these doctors most of time not having insurance and if I did I had the problem of not being covered because an existing condition.Close friends I have can feel my bugs and some will not associate w/me because of this. Everyday people I encounter are effected by this too, EVERYONE and I am SERIOUS will itch/slap/scratch whenever I come near.
It is very small and very difficult to see but can be seen. When I'm bitten the mark resembles a flea bite or a spider bite if a mark if left. The usual spots where the visual bites are located are my inner thighs (usually near my groin),forearms, and my head including the nape of my neck. There is definitely something on me.I am out of ideas and need to know if there is any kind of med that can kill any kind of bug that bites you or anything that I could use to kill anything on my skin? Where can I go to have someone help find what this thing is? Is a doctor the right person to help me? If not who?

I didn't read in your posts what the 8 doctors diagnosed you with.  If you have scabies, lice or mites, they are all visible to the naked eye and one of the 8 docs would have noticed something, either a bug or a bite.
There is something called "parasitosis", you can look it up on the web...and I'm not criticizing you at all when I say this.  I have suffered from this in the past.  It is the sensation of things crawling on you..and it's in your mind.  The welts that I would leave on my skin are what I would tell people were the "bites".  It is a very real condition, only you need psychological assistance, as well as psychiatric.  If 8 doctors have seen you, and no one has seen anything, try a good counselor who can give you some antipsychotic medication.
Don't go untreated.
I'm not diagnosing you at all, I just relate to your story.  There is help...

Have they ever given you antibiotics? You should save a sample and have it checked! also if they are in your groin area, get checked for crabs....good luck to you!!!!!

A pest control company will probably not be able to ID unless they have an entemoligist on staff. Bring a sample to a county agricultural department. They will always have someone on staff and its free!!

Thank you for the response. I'll watch the Red-Dye 40. See if contributer. At this point I'll try anything. None of the meds help not even Zyrtec. Yours sounds just like my problems. Strange that one hospital i go to will give me demeral w/phenergan and something like liquid cocaine and within a few hours all hives are gone. Yes, we'll watch what happens (lol).

Sorry I wasn't able to answer you abt hives on prev-post. I had
a few serious posts on board & wanted them read before more
trouble came up & those answers would be bumped off. I was
waiting for fall-out to appear & as you noticed, 'd' arrived
to do her thing. Just reluctant till she responded. Now I know
mindset. Posts were on Womens Forum. Mine were here. I didn't
bump 'd'. Posted info that didn't belong, so attn was drwn to a scan on self. Obviously I made a minor slip & rules were changed
to 'not just that post' to full board posts. Also, have to stay
close to related-thread in responding. Bugs itch so this person
gets welts/hives/bites. If poster has no answers soon, get to
Dr. w/ a 'new spot' & have a punch biopsy. Have it analzyed for
venum fluid & tissue pathology. If others are getting them from
you, this should be done. Also, deododarant soap like safeguard
or ?, bugs don't like. Perfumes/fabric softener-smell, they like. If you find bug crawling, collect in jar & take to pest
control & they'll ID it.  Now Clyde, Dr's fed you a line or they
lost the brain-cell when got their degree. Yrs. ago, I started
getting sm-hives & used Atarax (G) to control. Lasted 2 yrs.,
never found from what. All allergists saw them & all tests came
back neg. Had to been done/run wrong. Everyone has alteast one
that may activate even from a sneeze. The attacks just stopped
after 2 yrs. Then suddenly I was rushed to hospital w/ large-
Urticaria (giant odd shaped welts). They covered me face to feet & went min-min. Swelling was pain/severe itch/even bruised.
Throat had them & I think it was ultrasound done before IV,
showed histamine was causing same response internally near organ
tissue & stomache. I hurt from the stretching tissue/compression
of swelling. I was knocked out w/ drugs since they feared a
throat attack. It was controlled w/ med-pak & disappeared after
3 days? 3 mo. later, after having more allergy tests for food &
all neg., I went through same ER experience. Yes, Dr's said
internal & protocal was repeated. Bloodwk during attack showed
histmine was out of control. I played Sherlock & found 'once
hives always hives' in some. Dormant till it gets active from
allergen. I did food-journal of everything I ate I could remember. Red-dye 40! The Benadryl is pink from it. BBQ sc had
it. Pillsbury biscuits had it. Tylenol has it in gelcap. So I
called MD to get ready. I ate Strawberry jello (2 bowls) bingo!
Hives started in 1 hr just in time for Dr. to give me shots.
Miserable but proved. Epipen will buy me time but I'm a label
reader. Found out many Dr's don't test for additives & just
now starting to. Some can release histamine response from an
infection. Zyrtec is only one that can also help control hives
if minor. Get some 'samples' from the ofc. since you paid dearly
in many ways. I get a little itchy if I get culprit but not the
hives. Google has alot of info. I mailed copies to the MD's
that charged me. Felt they needed educating. Write if anymore ?.
Hope I was able to help & lets see if any repercussion/fall-out
happens here. Gd-luck.

I worked pest control and bed bugs are no joke, but they're relatively noticeable. Check out a PROPER mixture of rosemary and/or orange oils (if your skin can handle it) they act as a natural pest deterrent. However, chemicals are not always the key to pest control, ask yourself what you could change about your surroundings that could possibly be the source of infestation. On the other hand, NEVER doubt the power of the mind, or the influence of that over others.

See a dermatologist. the other thing is use a plastic cover for your mattress and pillows, in case it's from bedbugs, make sure you wash your blankets as well as sheets...have you been checked for scabies? you need special cream for this...do you have any animals in the house that could have fleas?
good luck
