I am desperate and out of options

I been dealing with a major issue for the last almost 10 years now. I been to atleast 20 different doctors and ENT/Gastro specialists. I am at my wits end and dont' know what else to do.

I am a 31 year old male. Here are my symptoms.

1. Tightness in chest and throat
2. Constant thick mucus in throat
3. Very dry throat and mouth (white coating on tongue)
4. Mouth feels like I have not brushed in a while.
5. Tingling sensation in throat

And this causes me to lose/difficulty is talking. I cannot speak loud or very long sentences before drinking water or clearing my throat. This has caused me severe anxiety & depression. I have lost jobs and now am phobic talking in a group. I have not made any new friends in almost 2 years now.

This is worse when I eat food or exercise or not sleep properly for a few days. I have been diagnosed with acid reflux for which I have been taking powerful proton-pump inhibitors for 5 years and does NOT make any difference. I had myself tested for allergies, no allergies found.

And here is the weirdest part. Whenever I brush my teeth and scrub my tongue thoroughly all my symptoms vanish temporarily. The longer I don't brush the worse all my symptoms become. Chewing gum also helps a bit.

All doctors I been to say it is acid reflux/GERD related and put me on some pills which do not work. One even sent me to a psychologist who gave me Xanax. This helped with anxiety but did not stop the underlying problems.

I do not know whats happening to me. I lost 10 prime years of my life and do not want to lose the rest fighting this. I was one of the most boisterous and outgoing people you would have ever met before this started. Now I am just a shell.

Please help.
