I feel something walks inside my clothes, what is this??

Hello,

I am a very clean person. I take showers two times a day. Wash my clothes every week, take a shave, wash my face, and do my best to eat healthy.

When going out and sitting in some public places, I feel like something walking on my skin on my legs or knees. Sometimes lower back or face.

What is this?? is it small bugs?? how to get rid of them??

Thanks

My best guess is that it's anxiety related.  Our minds are strange things, and can convince us, under the right circumstances, that we are crawling with bugs or have a parasitic skin infection when there's nothing there.  Since this only happens when you go out, I doubt it's bugs, especially if no one else is complaining of them and you don't have any bites.  I guess it's possible that the wind on hairy places is being misinterpreted as bugs (often the only way you feel small bugs on you is because they move the hairs).  But that wouldn't really explain the face.

If you're convinced it's bugs, try some bug repellent.  Since you shower so often, you'll have no problem following the recommendations that you wash it off after use.

I dont really think so.
The skin/hair must have negatively charged and the same is moved up/attracted by the clothes' portion and this movement must have been sensed by you as you have mentioned.

You need not worry about this so much.
Consult a skin doctor if there is anything serious.
