I get sick every time I eat

For the past month I get sick every time I eat. There is no chance I'm pregnant. I've been doing the Atkins diet and have lost almost 25 Lbs but recently started feeling very ill when I eat. At first I thought it was the flu but after a week went by I went to the Dr and he said it wouldn't last that long. I eat, I get nauseas, sometimes may throw up and sometimes get very bad stomach pain. I've tried limiting my food intake to certain items to rule out certain foods but seems there is not just 1 certain food that makes me sick.I'm otherwise very healthy and take very good care of myself, I'm just sick of feeling sick all the time! I went for an ultrasound today and everything looked "normal" what gives?

I had the very same thing about 12 years ago....everytime I ate I got so sick....To make a long story short...I had gall stones...It took the doc three times...once with ultrasound then xray...then back to ultrasound to find it....it was hard for them to find because I was a little overweight and the ultrasound had a hard time getting through to the gall bladder...but after they found it I had it removed and that stopped the sick feeling...I didn't have the common symptoms of gall bladder trouble...mine was just sick after eating anything....common symptoms are usually back pain and pain radiating from the middle of the stomach to the back....I didn't have any of those...perhaps this will help...

I had the same sort of thing... doctor told me it was an irritated intestine...  but if you had an ultrasound and it came back normal, I'm not quite sure what's going on....
