I have chronic symptoms I need help with, please.

I would like your help pretty desperately, please...I have been going through health issues for years that have been getting progressively worse, but now they're keeping me from being able to work and I will end up homeless if I don't get help! It started when I was 17 or so and I started taking birth control pills which made my period so irregular, that, until I got my tubes tied after my third child at the age of 30, I would sometimes go as long as eight months without a period. At the age of 23, I was misdiagnosed with PCOS based on the fact that I started growing hair on my face and inner thigh area, and I was having hot flashes. I am going to interrupt my explanation of symptoms to explain that I have been on many medications for many reasons, and I didn't do well on 99% of them, so I never took any prescription or over the counter medications for very long, except for my allergy medicine, which I have to take, otherwise I will stay sick all year. Back to the PCOS, I never had an ultrasound that showed any cysts on my ovaries, and my hormones checked out fine based on blood work, but, based on the previous mentioned symptoms and fatigue, anxiety, and weight gain, doctors were convinced that PCOS was what I had. I went to several doctors for years as my fatigue kept getting worse, my memory started slipping, I would get dizzy on a daily basis, and my face was also going numb. I was given a medication to cover up the numbness symptom, but I needed a cure. I was finally diagnosed with having an adrenal deficiency, but could never find the right treatment without making my already excruciating migraines worse. Needless to say, I have been going downhill healthwise all these years, crying myself to sleep because of the amount of pain I'm in if I do any sort of physical activity during the day, especially if it's hot and humid outside, I barely have enough energy left at the end of the day to shower. Not that I ever feel refreshed after I sleep, even if I sleep 16 hours (no kidding.) I worked out on an elliptical machine the other day for literally five minutes, and my legs were in pain for three days and counting so much so that I am still having a hard time walking. I looked up what could cause muscles to take that long to recover after a workout, and I stumbled upon pituitary/hypothalamus (human growth hormone) issues, which adrenal problems also stem from. I would not be surprised to find that I am low in HGH since I keep gaining weight even though I hardly ever eat and even though it's excruciatingly painful and I shouldn't use up my energy, I try to exercise/move around as much as I can. If I don't push myself, I can easily sleep most of the day and night away day in and day out. There is one good nurse practitioner in my town that I am planning on seeing with all of these issues, but I am hoping that someone out there knows or can relate and give me some encouraging or helpful word, or something I can mention to the FNP. Thank you so much for reading. P.S. the only thing I've ever been diagnosed with easily and quickly has been chondromalacia of the patella (I have inflammation behind my knee caps, therefore bending my knees is painful and uncomfortable,) also, I've passed kidney stones in the past, and I have had a rash on my stomach for many years now, which doctors keep shrugging off. Oh, and I have cysts all over my body: one on my spinal column, one inside of a kidney, one in my wrist (ganglion), and several in my neck area. My fatigue/weakness/pain are so bad that I cannot stand on my feet for more than a couple of minutes at a time. I also have a tremor of my outstretched hand, which gets noticeably worse after physical activity. Last but not least, I have developed a tremor of the outstretched hand which gets worse after physical activity. I hope I didn't leave any important details out.

I have gone to two, one of them I drove for two hours to see. This was when I first found out my cortisol levels were low.

If you have not seen an endocrinologist, that's what I would suggest.

I wanted to add that I have gone to several specialists and had countless lab tests and other imaging tests done over the years, and the only thing that has ever come back abnormal was my spit tube test for cortisol, which was extremely low all day and night, never going up as it should.
