I have continuous headaches and hernial meningitis

Hi guys i am just 22 yrs now i have been suffering from severe headache issues from a very long time but it has been almost 5-6 months that i have noted that there is a bump on the frontal side of my head which has been pretty much painful and gradually i started finding the lumps on the back and left side of my head aswell ,most of the time when the pain increases i start to have fever, dizziness ,my left hand goes numb and there will be ongoing pain on the left side of my eye . I have already been on several painkillers and drips just to receive for some temporary relief but the medication didnt last for long . I have visited several different doctors which includes neurophysician, neurosurgeon, cardiologist (i.e i have some minor heart leakage in one of the valve but the doctor said there is nothing to worry about it but the pain in my chest has left me several time unconscious ,breathless and tired) recently i met a neurophysician again to get a conclusion for the endless pain which i am suffering from the doc just responded by saying that i am completely fine and its just one minor kind of migraine issue which i am suffering from.i am pretty much confused now cx i find it hard to believe that this issue is just something related to migraine as i never had any good experience with the doctors here .I often find myself not remembering several things aswell.and yeah i am also suffering from PCOS hope this has nothing to do with the bumps that was developed on the head.
Please help me by guiding me what exactly i might be suffering from...
