I have had a bitter taste, nausea, fatigue, and fever on and off for about 3 months

I have been feeling extremely tired since the past 3-4 months. The tiredness is usually associated with a bitter taste in the mouth and a fever of usually 102. On really bad days I will vomit. I look pale, don't feel hungry, and feel very weak. My blood tests are not positive for anything nor do I have any abdominal pain. Any ideas what I might have?

If you had a complete iron panel done, can you please post results and lab reference values?

Best wishes,

Hello~The fever and bitter taste in your mouth cause me to wonder if you have a hidden infection. When you had your blood work, did they do a CBC (Complete blood count) I am wondering what you white blood cell is, they could very well be elevated.

You could also be very low in vitamin B12 and the other B vitamins. I would suggest a good, high potency B complex along with a good multi-mineral.

I would also discuss the possibility of this being Chronic Fatigue syndrome, your symptoms also point in that direction as well.

I hope you feel better soon. God bless you.
