I have lump under the skin on right thigh

I felt a lump on my right thigh aand i felt it while i was moving my hands on my thigh.
I dont know for how long it has been there
And now a year has passed and it is still there and have grown very less(i think so)
I told my parents about this but they dont take it serious. My father also has very hard lumps on his arm and chest and he had them checked and they're not serious lumps.
I m male and 20 years of age.
The lump cannot be seen from outside but i can feel it when i press my hand on thigh.
It may be .1mm smaller than pea.
It is hard but not like rock hard. My thighs are fat and i think it is grown on muscle not on bone.

Please help!
