I have stinging pains in my left forearm please help diagnose?

I’m 15 and all of my life about every 4 months or so I get horribly painful (needle-like) stinging pains in my arm. Its gone on and off for years. The pains only occur in my left bottom forearm in a very small area (like a pin dot size). When the pains do occur it’s hard to get the pain to go away. What seems to work is pinching the area or digging my nails into it. The occasional pains happen (avg. 15 stings/day) for 2-3 days.

Hello~I am not a doctor, so, I can not give a diagnosis, but, I will say that I think seeing a chiropractor could be of great help for your issues. You probably have pinched nerves in your neck and upper back along with misaligned vertebrae. The chiropractor will take a few x-rays and after reading them ascertain what areas need attention. After a few treatments those symptoms should start to disappear and you should feel lots better.
